This notice describes how SGC International handles information submitted through our website contact and brand partnership forms. It should be reviewed by SGC’s legal adviser before being treated as a final legal policy.
Information we collect
For partnership requests, we collect company and brand information, website and country of origin, contact details, product categories, current and target markets, and the partnership brief you choose to provide.
How we use it
We use this information to evaluate commercial fit, contact you about the request, request supporting materials where appropriate, and maintain a record of partnership discussions. We do not use the form to collect sensitive personal information.
Access and service partners
Access is limited to authorized SGC portal administrators. Hosting, security and operational service providers may process data only as needed to deliver the website and its systems.
Retention
Partnership requests are retained while active. After 24 months without activity, they are moved to trash and permanently removed after a further 30 days, unless a longer period is required for an ongoing relationship or legal obligation.
